Has anyone tried Wraith axles on there WK? They look a lot tougher and wider.
For a bash WK I think they would be awesome.

It doesn't make a difference!!The wraith axles look more scale and are wider, but they both are about the same everywhere else !!!

That looks amazing!!!

What did you use to mount the tranny? Axial mount? Or made your own?
Did you make that chassis?

Other then for lower center of gravity purposes, is running a wraith transmission better then say, a WK or GP trans ? Are the axles as wide as a GP axle ? Are they strong ?

It is a hot racing aluminum axial mount with 3mm trimmed off 1 side. Chassis plates are from the redcat ground pounder.

Done!!plus some!!LOL
Thanks

I optioned for the RC4WD aluminum axle housing/cases.
Many heavy duty options and cheap pricing with a axial trans. However, the WK trans might have been easier to put in with my mount plates. Axles are narrower than a GP and closer to WK width.

Interesting...

I sometimes look at WK threads, to see if I can adapt some ideas to my trucks, this thread caught my eye especially...

I am running 15mm hot racing adapter's along with the ESP wide ride on my WK and the axles are now close to an extra 3-1/2" wider overall not including the clod tire wich helps over stock also.

my setup from left to right is almost the same as a stock wk from front to rear when it comes to wheel base.
