WK Basher tire options

I'm looking for something other than the same old tractor-tread type tires for my future WK basher. What works for you guys? Anything that would work good in snow? What about All-T's for general use? Something that looks cool is also a big plus! They don't have to be huge, I'm planning to slam it down for a little better handling at speed. Thoughts on this?

till you said slam for speed I was going to say mudslingers by RC4WD
Those fit the cool look bill to a T. I found att-t's to stink traction wise. They spun on rock, wet/damp grass, and the loose stuff as well as plain old dirt hill. The rubber compound is just all wrong. They don't self clean when spinning either, just clog and spin more. At least here in New England farmers dirt

I did check out that post again, alot of different looks by changing the tires. I was wondering if there were any preference based more on performance versus size/style. I'm kinda bored with the usual. The Mudslingers have the coolness factor, very aggresive look for sure. I'll have to flip through the tire makers pages and see what might fit the bill. Just trying to get some ideas.

for snow i would think paddles, but i like the regular ol' chevrons myself;
and masher 2ks have always been one of my all around favorites for a basher.

I just wish there was more of a "scale" looking MT tire. I want something in prpportion to the real MT tires. Everything on the 2.2 market now is too skinny to represent the real deal.

So I'm not the only one! I thought I was just being too picky. I'm just looking for something different that works well but still looks somewhat truck-like, instead of the usual tractor tire. Maybe Swampdawgs or Dirt Hawg II's? Hmmm, too many to pick from yet none seem quite right...

I ended up mounting a set of G-Hawgs on the rims I won and I'm not happy with the looks at all. Performance wise I can't complain (enough traction to destroy my rear diff...LOL) but looks wise they are just WAY too skinny.

I'd be in heaven with a cut chevron in proper proportion. I'd be really happy with most anything else in 1.5 - 2X the width.

masher 2k 's are indeed one of the BEST tires ever, the stompers look cool on there, what don't you like about them?
