They ran pretty good. I ran them airtight with stock foams on the Rusty 2.2 Clod. May put airholes to avoid the bouncing.

The thing to remember is that these were designed for scale not as much competition. That said...I was on track to run a near perfect score until Driver error. They are real soft and flexible.

They are a keeper for me...

Thanks for the pics, guys! I took my camera with me, but I didn't even manage to get a single pic!


I DID just have an idea that I want people's opinions on for the next event: Next time I think it would be cool to put out an event guestbook for everyone to sign. That way we can see who all came and from what message board or group and from how far away they came from. Maybe even bring back the "Furthest distance travelled" award! LOL! Being up on the announcer's stand the whole weekend this time showed me just how "out of the loop" I was, not able to mingle with everyone as much as I used to and having a record of sorts would be really cool I think. What does everyone think about that idea? Would you sign the guestbook if you came to the event?

That would be an easy process at sign-in. It is great to see a lot of people that I only get to see once a year.

make sure you leave enough room for those of us who are from multiple boards/clubs

I think it would be neat and certainly add to the formality of the event, make it seem all official like.
