Willman Chassis start

Here's a pic of the Willman I started. Not sure what body I'm gonna run yet though.

Jack Willman is the owner/designer of the Taurus racer in the late 80's. This is the same chassis style Meents runs to this day.

ok thats what i thought. just had to double check.. make a taurus? havent seen alot of them.. so this is when the penda series era?

I would love to make a Taurus cause it was an awesome truck plus its my sign :tong I need to find a body though that I can make the swoop nose out of. If I can find the body, then I will.

ya thats true.. i forgot the nose was like that.. but then again i was about 5 years old watching them on tv when it was penda.. haha

I have seen the black Taurus and yea it looked great. I really would like to do also an El Toro Loco, but those bodies are hard to come by.

ya. i have a bulldozer that is getting a tube chassis... i thought i seen somthing on them maybe releasing some... or i might be dreaming again..

I have the Taurus on the 07 chevy body, and can get you info on where you can get brand new parma bulldozer bodies...

There was also a lime green truck called sniper that ran for a year that changed its name to incinerator that ran a willman chassis. I think it was driven by rob french but i dont remember exactly and havent seent that truck in a while.

-Paul Schafer's Monster Patrol, back in 96' or 97', had a team truck, it was just like Taurus, but w/a Nastruck theme, called "SuperTruck20", it was green with a white band, having the #20 in the band. This was the only event I ever went to, and since Monster Patrol blew up, they took a big white piece of cloth, and wrote "Monster patrol" on it, & put it on SuperTruck 20's door, so they could keep the name that was higher in the points. I wish he'd get back into racing, instead of doing only fairs, etc.

I thought El Toro Loco had a Patrick Enterprise Chassis???

but maybe he was thinking bulldozer.
Just like the hotwheels is patrick now,
Just like bob, and tom has been on patrick too,,
just depends on what year you want to compare it to..

Yea Ball I was talking about when El Toro Loco/Bulldozer were running a Willman and not the Patrick.

Like you said, depends on the year people think of the truck and it will have had a Willman or Patrick.
