Who makes custom length drive shaft dog bones ?

Hello,

I've been out of the hobby for over 5 years, and starting to get back into it. I know RCAlloys used to make custom drive shafts, but they are out of business ( spoke to Bill on the phone today to confirm ). Who else makes dog bones ?

Another option would be to get the rc4wd punisher shafts, but for what I want I would need a hole enlarged from 6mm to 8mm. These would be going on this truck.

Try Mike at www.rc-monster.com he can make them. But he also has a good many different lengths around and might have what you need.

actually you probably would be smarter to use Revo shafts, there are a few images and builds in the TXT area on them

Hmm, ended up spending 1/2 hour on towerhobbies and going thru ALL their dogbones. Found one that should fit for $7. Ordered thru LHS (supporting LHS). Will see in a few days how it goes.

Barry, is this the same Mike that started his business in clod parts out of PA?

Will, I would of used the Revo shafts, but I can't find a 8mm yoke for it and I wanted this project to be quick, not a long assembly with custom parts.

Next order of business, custom links. :bang Now to find someone who does those too.
