Get on Ebay and you can google Redcat or BSD dog bones and then check the length against what you have. HSP may also fit, but they are larger in diameter than the Redcat dog bones. The HSP dog bones are around $2 from ebay.

Been working hard to get these axles finished. They've been taking way to long. Having a lot of printer problems. Not the printers fault, mainly just me figuring out how to run it properly. The first sets are made to accept standard GP guts. Same width also, about 11 1/8 hex to hex. I also will be printing knuckles that will work with stock clod rims WITH NO WIDENERS! and have a steering throw of about 35 deg. Still have a bunch of work ahead but were getting closer.

Sweeeeeeet I was curious how u would make the steering work...looks like it will have good clearance for any kind of chassis..... have u thought about getting with Ernie so he can setup his chassis with these? I see he is using your sway bars and trans too..

The one in the picture is setup to accept MF axles. The lower plate is blank to it can be drilled for the transmission of your choice. I will be selling the bare chassis, complete kits, and every combination in between. Start with the chassis and pick and choose what components you want with it.

Bad news. I hate to say it but there will be no printed axles. I have hit my frustration limit with my printer and am returning or selling it. Its wasted DAYS of my time and I never even got a useable axle. I am looking into other ways to manufacture them, injection molding possibly. Or even machined. We'll see, I need some time to cool off and get back on track. Thanks for everyones patience. I'll get some great products out there soon!

Don't get frustrated buddy, keep your printer! Use it for prototyping only, because that's what it's good for. :)

Have you heard of www.shapeways.com? You can send your designs there, and put up your own shop on their site and sell your axles and everything there. Those guys have the state-of-the-art equipment to print stuff, and you get even to pick the material for the print from their selection. Those guys print and deliver your designs, and you get a commission on each sale.

There's already a huge selection of crawler stuff on there, so why not sell some MT stuff there too! But you need your own printer to prototype before you can send the designs so you can be sure they are going to work and print out like they should. :)

We have two of those same printers working great. At least after spending time to dial them in. PM me with your issues (your inbox is full) and I may be able to help you out.

true
Brett has this printing thing down. I had him print a prototype wheel and it came out flawless, including bead areas and faux beadlocks.
