I used 6x1mm acid resistant tube in my Digger's frame, so I'd use something close to that size on a 1/8 scale build.:)

6x1mm gheez whats that in standard paul iam terrible with metric ****,I have a ton of brake line 3/16 do you think that's to big

3/16 is about 4.8mm, so it's maybe slightly on the small side, but it'll do. You get the best result if you use different sizes of tube. Like make most of the chassis from bigger tube, and add some smaller pieces here and there for added realism(I regret a little that I didn't build my Digger chassis like that...).

Although, I wouldn't use brake line, because it's just too soft if you ask me!
