1) go to gallery and click on Ride of the month Jan 14
http://www.rcmt.net/forums/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=605

2) Then click upload in the upper part of the screen (under forum tab). In the drop down box. Fill out the other fields if you want. Click on select photo and choose the file then upload.
