Good Day Folks,

Looking to put the finishing "touch" on my Thundertech Ripper TXT-1 by removing the front and rear bumper/skid/servo mounts. I've decided I want to see those axles like a real MT.

I've only found these from the xtremercracing site, and they seem very reasonable:

http://www.xtremercracing.com/Juggernaut_Carbon_Fiber_Parts.cfm

They look to bolt right on without the bumper bracket with really no mods needed then ?

Anything else similar available ?

Thanks.

i have that bracket ..... pretty straight forward , if you use revo shafts you will need to mount the bracket in a different spot

but it cleans up the front nicely :tmb

Tom,

Does that push me pull me steering linkage work good? I've heard it's not the best, but I've never tried that setup.

Sharp looking truck :tmb Very clean assembly and layout.
Is that a plastic, or aluminum servo horn, you may want to change to a saver?

Anyway to lower the body a little, then I think it would be perfect :bling:drool

Those are original t-max shafts I think, it's been a long time since I first put her together.

The servo horn is plastic for now, I was in a hurry, but it's a shelfer so I may leave it.

Thanks for the comments, I've painted the links black today & found a driver figure to go in I think. The body is as low as I can get her :).

I'll update next week with final photos I hope !
