Trans Question

I am starting to collect parts for something I wanna build and I was thinking about transmissions. Now I like the idea of two motors for lots of down low on and old Emaxx trans but I was thinking with all the motor options today A single motor on A stampede trans could fill most of my needs. I guess question two would be that since a Emaxx trans feeds into a set of difs and a Pede trans fed right to the wheels does the Pede trans have a lower ratio inside (pinion/spur considerations aside) Thanks :tmb

im not sure on the gear ratio part, but if you go with the pede youll need to lock the diff.
the maxx was meant to work as a "transfer case", but the pede wasnt.
its easy to do and theres a sticky on it, too.

In know I read it :) I may not have communicated it well but I realize the Maxx trans is meant as a transfer case which is why I thought the Pede trans might have a lower internal ratio than the Maxx since it doesn't feed into another ring/pinion which would have another reduction.
