Once per year at the Annual Spring Nationals the Executive Board of the NR/CTPA holds a Town Hall Meeting. This meeting is open to members in good standing from all divisions of the Association. Each division may hold separate or combined meetings to give input covering guidelines on the following only: Equipment used, classes, along with general class rule changes.

A. The process guidelines are as follows.
**a. Proposal must be in writing
**b. Proposal must have signatures from five current members in good standing that support it.
**c. Proposal to be presented at the Town Hall Meeting for further review by the Executive Board and members in attendance.
**d. All current members in good standing - in attendance - will be allowed to have input.

Does anyone have any topics they want to discuss at the THM at the Springs? That way an agenda can be started to be put together. Let's here your opinions!

Thanks

i honestly thing pumpkin size tires would take away from the scale aspect of the class...i would honestly like to see dual tires like the hilift/ jeep wrangler/ hummer to be used instead..i guess im particular to the scaleness of the class and DONT wanna see them get mis porportioned.......

Jarred. I agree with you re the tires and with Jim Baitsholts' building skills have completed 3 Big Rigs using Wild Willy 2 wheels. This is like the old 6X6 rigs but one axle drive and one engine. I have talked to Joe and we feel this with a brushless and 7 cell would make a true scale class. I used a Bullhead body on mine and it looks COOL but the Parma bodies will also work. Bill.

as far as Big Jim's trucks I suggested `12 volts and a brushless system so maybe it could be lipo compatable and brushless/ brushed compatable.......I still think there are plenty of choices for big rig with 1/10 buggy tires but everyone has thier own opinion. I think that wheels are now the problem.... pumpkins are too big for the current big rig I think though..... that is just me......I think bifg jims trucks are bigger all over than the current big rig though.

i do agree with you joe i would like to see tlts used but i just dont want to go through this again in a year or two if the tlts dry up my thought is leave all the rules the same just spread out the rear axle width
