TMAXX rims on Clod?

hey guys lookin to change up the clod a little.decided to go with a proline body and some maxx rims with imex tires.just ordered some hpi revolver wheels and realized too late there is no way to mount a hex on the clod axle.is there any way to mount these?

The thundertech adapters are nice. You may need the width they add, depending on the maxx wheels you get. Stable maxx and wheels (with large offset may look too wide with the thundertech adapters, but regular maxx wheels will need the extra width for steering clearance.

i bought 14mm hexes from rc4wd never stripped them yet but i did the semi metal gears ....doh last time i let jr. drive mine . and i got the 3/4 offset on mine no rubbing at all .

I have run the same ttr wideners that Thundervp posted for years on my kong clod and they have held up well.
Hey 77chevy4x4 long time no see. Do you still have the big beast? I remember when you came in with us at I hobby.
