Thunderpower AC6 LiPo questions

I have put about 10 runs on my new Gensace 5000mah LiPo pack and have a couple of questions on charging. I have a Thunderpower AC6 charger. I have been running the pack to cutoff which is set to 3.4 volts. Slightly higher than the 3.2v default. I use balance to charge. 2S 7.4 volt, 5.0A charge so 1C. Takes about 66 minutes but rather than saying FULL it stops at CAPA which is set to 5200mah. The first few times I charged it the charger stopped at FULL and the mah was around 4700. IS this okay? Should I drop the CAPA to 5000. There is an option to turn this off but I thin k teh CAPA is a safety feature so I really don't want to do that.

I set mine to 4980 mah max cutoff 5020 it can actually over charge and from what read going 10-20 mah under that max charge is better for the lipo's long term life.

but you know how myth's are grown on the net and not sure if it is even true but it does make sense to me to not peak it out ever charge and a mah under is not going to be anything that is reconized.

Cutoff has been set to 5000mah for the last few charges. Cutoff is reached but cell voltages are both 4.17v as opposed to 4.20v? I know on a Nimh the charger goes by the mah on auto to know when the battery is full. What does it go by for Lipo? mah as well?
