Yeah, thanks for those pics !
I was surprised to see that the B&H tires I am currently running, are actually Taller then a stock Clodbuster tire.
I am going to continue to monitor feedback on the Rumble.
I am still of the mindset though, that part of being a Monster truck is having the big tall tires, so that's why I'm still kind of on the fence about buying a set.

So far I have run it a few times since I tested it and I really like them. Shaved the corners like ball did and boy he was right, it just tears and you cant get them smooth. Maybe if you use a sharp pair of snips or something you can get them a little nicer. It really handles well on the grass. Put some holes in the rims to release more air and changed my shock oil and got rid of the bouncing problem. The real test will be at our next race,next sunday but I'm pleased with the tires.:tmb

Finally got mine mounted up.


Im using a pretty oversized foam to help give them a more rounded contour. Im liking the way they feel with the firm inserts. Just gotta get some track time now.

Guys,

If we make a change to the tire, we will let you know. We are taking suggestions very serious. We have already made a large amount of these tires. We can't just run a mold for a small amount. So we have to get rid of the current inventory before we start altering the tire compound.

I have been unable to test these at our normal nrctpa race conditions. I was unable to go to the worlds event. Allthough these tires are all ready to go for the Ihobby event. I need to pick up another set of Bh foams to toss in.
Did anyone have any foams that they found close to the bh foam that would work good?

We did increase the hardness of the rubber compound and got a little stiffer than the first patch.
