Figures. I just bought the all new E-Maxx ! Looks FANTASTIC though :). Now, how do I convince the other half that I must replace my new E-Maxx ?

Just don't replace it BTMR. Buy this EREVO and tell her that your E-Maxx needs a better half too :rof.

SUMMER of 2008 is all about NEW releases. Can't believe all the cool products of Traxxas.

Being a battery guy, I am for sure getting one.

wow, Traxxas is really stepping up the game. :)

I don't think I'd get one of these, though it is awesome. I just want the slash :tmb

OHHHHH!!!!!!

But if I were to do that I might as well get the rolling chassis and then purchase all the upgrades I wanted with it. But good job for Traxxas to step it up with new inovations on a proven design.

I agree... I wish you could buy a kit version. All the electronics are useless to me.

Made my afternoon! Very cool, I'm gonna have to look at it more closely, but I think these are going to sell like hotcakes.

I gotta say Traxxas always or 90% of the time releases products that are completely original and one of kind designs that seems to always keep the market of R/C's evolved around them. I mean how many bootleg Maxx trucks have you seen by other companies? But what gets me is how they keep calling their trucks (Monster Trucks) for once in their history they should take an actual step in producing a solid axle truck or something they can really say is a MT cause for as long as they've been around it has always been truggies & buggies, and a few street cars/trucks. HPI, Tamiya, Axial, all are doing up solid axle trucks and to not see Traxxas make a move yet on such a thing is a bit of a bummer.

I may well rescind my previous statement... 600 dollars is too much for the setup with a Brushed ESC and Motors. 450 is considerable... 499 pushing it.

Guess I'll see when we get a solid price.

More than $500 is way too much. I am still hoping it will be $450 and below range when it comes out.

I gotta say that I just love what Traxxas has been doing lately. I just have never looked at how much a Revo weighs before, I guess I'm just used to my little ol' Stampede.:tmb

Im doubt it will be that much. The only thing that bugs me is it's so race-oriented. I guess that's the direction the hobby is taking though.

I want to get one and drop a dual high power brushless system on it to show up my friend that thinks electric RC's are for babies and thinks everything is slower than his revo...

oh and so everyone scratches their head at a silent revo

Im guessing its gonna cost about $450 ish. It would be in line with the Emaxx v.s. Tmaxx pricing. Normally it cant cost more and I don't see why it would cost more than a normal Revo which is now about $500.

I definitely wanna see how this badboy runs, the layout looks spectacular
