Ahhh, Its a work in progress. I decided to just buy everything from scratch and go with that. I know you guys will most likely rail on me bout the chassis. but I dont think they honestly are that bad. I made a battery mount in the front to fit the CKRC 7.4 1500 and a few more things here and there.
So here it is. Gonna add some punisher shafts, another 645MG for the Dig, A Tekin 55T system, and need to get a Speky reciever still. After that, I'll take it out and see how it does.

Nice n shiny :bling

I was liking the orange anodizing on mine but since I got that tuber from you I've been wanting to switch to red links.

What are your thoughts on those rear links?

I put TCS 4-link mounts on mine and along with Axial soft springs it flexes a lot better. This setup can cause more torque twist but if you mount the driver's side rear link on top of the plate it helps reduce it. I'm still waiting on a split pack so I haven't been able to test it yet.

I like em . Add a little blue to the screws and your good to go. As far as making these link up to to the four way. i can do that too. thats just carbon fiber tape over the metal plates. I just found you get more articulation form this set up. but like i said. there will be testing involved until i get it where i want it.

three link has more articulation and alot more torque twist.. you can get to a point where too much articulation is a bad thing,
I went four link with less flex and got it to handle alot better
i still run the stock ax10 plates and can still comp with the high dollar chassis..

team. thats a very nice looking AX ya got. hope you have tons of fun with it:tmb

Well I was gonna go with a DNA chassis, but its kinda out of my budget and if I got DNA I most likely will go with the SSS. But I get better articulation to the point that it doesnt bind with any of the links. I admit I am still pretty new at this and its a much different design then the copperhead I have. its just a build it and drive it thing until i figure it out. the proline wheels are much smaller than the most common comp tires out there but I think they should do well with hooking up. And if you look where I have the shocks mounted and where the links for the upper chassis is mounted, I do have less flex going on. These GH shocks are pretty nice too. But maybe too much shock at 132mm, you really dont have to much more of an area to push them back and gain some length.
