Personally having owned one I was not impressed with it';s performance. It looks good, but I built it and drove it just twice before shelfing, then finally selling it off. I know you can mod it to get it better but it's a scale driver only in my opinion. Very top heavy, gearing is tall, tires to hard, and the short arms on the front suspension limit its travel and performance. Not to mention unless this re-release comes with bearings you need to add another 50 bucks to the already high price tag.

But, it looks darn good. :willy

I had one back in the day, and had a blast with it. The fact that you had to really work at driving the truck I think it what made it the most fun. And now, with the new RC4wd tires and such out, I think it would be even more fun!

I'm going to put my preorder in on payday. Joe, the Pajero kit is discontinued but you can buy the XB/RTR version of it, pre-painted and everything. It's on tower too but it costs like $300.

Anything on e-bay is going to be from people who purchased from Japan/Far East or from people in Japan/Far East. Late Feb, earily March we should see it here in the States. So, I'm guessing the CC-01 Wrangler will come out around that time or shortly after.

Also be very weary of some of the HK ebay accounts... I got scammed by bboykorea382... I'm still hoping the Jeep will drop a bit on tower..
