Swapped my shock oil tonight

Swapped the rear out to some 70 weight and the fronts to 55. My indoor "drop test" seems alot better. I liked how silky the stock setup is with how it soaks everything up but for a truck this size it just seemed a bit too soft. Im not sure what the stock oil is but this feels so much better.



Cant wait to get it out tomorrow and see how much better it feels.

I agree, the stock oil is to thin. I have some on the way, ran out of 50 and 80 (the 2 I seem to use most) on the way and plan on using them. I believe the stock traxxas oil is 30.

I am going to try 50wt all the way around....some guy's say it works better when you move the shocks position to the recomended outside hole mounts they tell you to use in the manual..
