Well I was trying to get my truck started the other day and the pullstart got stuck it wouldn't recoil back in then I loosened the glow plug and it went back in. When you tighten the glow plug up again you can't pull the cord at all....I know it's not flooded....any ideas ????

Sounds like a dirty/bad one way bearing.
i would pull the starter off clean the one way bearing and re-install.
if problem still there , try starting it with a loose glow plug and retighten glow plug after its running

I use break clean and compressed air, and look at which way the bearing is before you pull it completely out of the starter so it can go back in the correct way

I think the piston and sleeve got stuck at the top so I heated it up with a hair dryer and moved the fly wheel and then pulled on the starter, that seems to have free'd it up but like you said I need to leave the glow plug loose to pull it out .
