Stock Clod and Retro Big Boss

Here are a few Pic of My stock Original Clodbuster and Big Boss TXT retro.

The stock clod body and rims have been repainted and has repo decals. It is running a 1/4 servo for the steering ,stock motors and a novak rooster esc.




The 4x4jamie retro chassis has TXT axels , emaxx tranny , revo drive shafts, High lift springs and shocks. The Emaxx tranny is a two speed so I though why not take advantage of it and make it work. I used a 1/8 thick sheet of lexan made it fit on the chassis ,marked the location that I thought where I needed to make the cut to mount the shifting servo. So now with a receiver pack for the 3 servos and the Kyosho magnetic mayhem motors with the Novak Super Duty gets things a rolling with a new 4 cell pack. Stock clod rims with Hesse planetarys were drilled and both had rc4wd bolts installed. Hope you enjoy the Pic. Thanks Rich

Have to agree with the guy's above me, the Big Boss wins the prize!! Don't get me wrong the Clod is great looking!!

That Big Boss is one class act! Fantastic job through and through. I am thrilled that you have chosen to go with the '87 and later body style; that's my favorite BB body. Jamie is sure getting some serious competition with your retro. These retro Clods are getting better and better each time a new one arrives. I am so anxious to get going on mine but I've got to finish another truck first.
BTW, your stocker is just as stunning!


Edit: Forgot to ask, where did you find that Parma body? The only ones I've seen are the Bigfoot bodies with those ugly roll bar lights.

Thanks For all of the Compliments! This was a fun build , Big Boss is one of my favorite local trucks. Cant wait to run this at the NRCTPA Springs event should be alot of fun. Time to start gathering parts to build another. Hmmm what should my next retro be.....

the body is a parma dont rember where i picked this one up at

i have to agree the clod is cool but the big boss takes the prize! like the 2 speed tranny! im sure it is fast

Both trucks are sweet, but that Big Boss... WOW! A question, where did the Engine in the Boss come from? Is that one of the "Cars" engines?

Muscle Machine 1/18th roadster ONLY the coupes are half engines .... they are on ebay sometimes cheap you just have to be patient
