[Blues Racing]

I had a great time this weekend. First off, Darren did a fantastic job on the Friday night elimination race. It was just awesome!! That was really cool. Nice to meet Mike Eaton, and Jerry. They are two really cool guys. Nice talking to the race director Brian. Brian is a really good guy, and i wanted to thank him for letting me run his pulling tractor. That was really cool. Mike Eckenrode is really fast and he proved it again this weekend. He won just about everything. Nice talking to Joe, Scott, Mike and a few other guys that we haven't seen in a few years. I enjoyed the weekend, and really want to say a big thanks, and well done to Darren for the Friday night event.
Winning concourse with the Son UVA Digger was nice also.

Thank you for the weekend guys! Awesome to see such a strong presence from IL... top notch guys and fast racers. Jerry making it out from NY- stand up guy and will give you the shirt off his back, very good mentor in the hobby. Thank you for all your help Jerry before and during the event. Thank you to our support staff working the timing systems and pictures (Scott, Tom and Josh). Finally a shout out to the race director Brian and his VP Mike- we appreciate the time and commitment for this event.

Thank you for the compliments Jason I am glad that you all enjoyed it. It was a fun project and I look forward to tweaking some things on it for the Worlds in October. Laura and I could not have done it with out the help of Brian, Derrick, and Brad. We are all glad you were able to be there and be a part of the original Monster Power event. I hope you guys can make it back in October for an even bigger one.

Thank you to all who came, especially the ILL guys, Jerry from NY (all our long distance guests). Same to Mike Eaton for attending. This was his first event with us so I hope we left a favorable impression. I hope you all can come back in the near future (Worlds) and race some more. We are trying to build a better club through increased membership and you guys all helped us take a great step forward by attending.

Thanks to Darren too for a killer Friday night event. That was a ton-o-fun!!!! LOL!!

Who is this Jerry guy everyone is talking about? I never got to meet him :-(

This was the most fun I have had racing my trucks in a while. Maybe it was because of the change-up in the racing program; maybe it was my decreased fleet. I got to talk to fellow racers more this time around than normal. I would like to thank everyone that helped me stage my trucks. I know I held up the racing a few times limping around. Sorry.

The Friday night elimination race was a blast! Introductions of the trucks and drivers........... Ripping around the track behind the guy in front of you trying not to hit him or anything else for that matter flipping yours over....... Qualifying and then to single eliminations....... Darren and company need to be commended for taking this on. I think it was a great success as a Chicago style RC setup!

Glad the Illinois guys had the opportunity to stick around all weekend! It was nice to meet Jason Mike and Jim! Fast and consistent guys! Easy to approach and talk to as well.

Rich, Phil, Mike Eaton, Scott, Mike Eckenrode, and Josh was nice to run against you guys again!

Spring National DVD

Hi guys, I have put out a dvd of the 2013 Springs. The dvd contains alot of racing action, alot of pulling action, Friday night activities, concourse, etc. The length of dvd is 1hour and 36 minutes.They are decent quality and very respectful to all who participated. I am not making much money on these, but I am putting them out there for people to see and possibly come out to the events.
