It was so easy, I felt like such a dope when I realized it.
That's ok last week I couldn't figure out why I was having trouble drilling a small hole in delrin, then it went right through when I took the drill out of reverse. :laugh

Well, I have unfortunately hit a few snags in this project.

I turned the truck on, since I have a battery pack that had not been fully used in my 1st GP(when the axle pinion bit the dust, the run got stopped).
I thought I had the esc all set up, but I turned it on and hit the gas and then it wouldn't stop.
I had to unplug the pack to get it to stop.
I think I need to relocate the reciever and esc on the chassis, they may be too close to each other now.
I also had bought some Clodbuster wheels.
I cut the inner bead off, mounted the Rumble tires to them, and will be gluing them to the wheels.
I thought I could take the wheel spacers off, and put the Clod hub discs on the hubs and just bolt the wheels up and run it that way.
Till this morning when I saw that the wheels are rubbing up against the steering arms.
I'm gonna have to file the wheels down on the inside a bit or, put the wideners back on.
It might look cartoonishly wide, which is what I don't want.
At the moment, I put the factory RedCat tires/wheels on, and it looks great.
Once I get all that sorted out, I will need to pull the axles off and put in the hardened gears I got.
Maybe by spring time, I might have this truck driveable lol *sigh*

Finally !!!!

Truck #2, my fault line truck, is up and running! I have a few things that need to be done before I can take it out and stand on the gas, but 3 zillion years later, it runs and drives !!:tmb
