Slash 4x4 to Stampede 4x4 conversion

Didn't know where to put this, so I figured I'd started here (more traffic) and if the mods want to move that's not a problem.

My my question is, what would I need to convert my slash 4x4 to a stampede 4x4? From what little research I've done so for it looks like the chassis, front body post, and tires and wheels of course. But would there be anything else would it be a direct swap?

Actually mine is just a 4x4 Pede with a Slash chassis and a few other small things, flipped front body mount with longer posts, etc.

chassis
body
battery hold downs
center driveshaft/cover
receiver box
Pinion/spur gear?
tires/wheels
front body mount
shock guards
wheelie bar
The bumpers are different also, but the Slash ones fit on the Stampede 4x4.
