In an effort to consolidate the channels where support requests (i.e. request for help loging in, request for new feature, etc.) come in as well as building a repository so we can look back historicaly to see if the issue is on going as well as previous solutions, I will be installing a HelpDesk system. The link wil be in the navigation bar.

The entire staff will have access. Oh and did I mention it does allow for live support as well :D
