I am getting ready to get them bead blasted and i will probably paint them black cause black will go with pretty much anything.

oh I will. I am gonna try and get a hold of my buddy this evening to get them bead blasted. I need to get my whole frame bead blasted and repaint all of it hmmm.....I might have to start disassembling it now that i have put all the time into assembling it. Oh the joy of the hobby.

truck is looing good i am needing to do a breakdown so my buddy can powdercoat it in between pulls.

yea i asked a local guy about powder coating all my pieces and he told me like $75 bucks for it all and then i was gonna have to wait until he was going to be spraying that color for him to do my stuff so I said forget about it. I can have a buddy of mine paint it with automotive paint and clear it for like $20 or i can just use the good old airbrush and clear them myself for like $5 so I think being unemployed i am gonna do it myself for about $5.

thats what i did at first but the nitro fuel is starting to get to the paint hope the powder coat will stand up to it.mt buddy works at a place they do it and he said he will do it for me for free.

yea that is cool I wish somebody around here would do it for cheap. I did find another guy about 15 minutes away that does it so i am gonna give him a call and see what he says. Powder coating should hold up to the nitro fuel. I know a couple of guys that run drag bikes and use the high octane race fuel and there powder coated frames have held up to that fuel so i would think You should be alright.

I would do it if I wasn't living in an apartment complex. I would have to get a air compressor and I don't think my neighbors down stairs would enjoy listening to it run. lol but thanks for the links I might have to talk one of my buddies into getting one.

Thanks. I got my decals done a couple of nights ago and i am getting ready to get some pictures taken and post them of of it with decals and weights. I am gonna try and get pictures of all of the ford bodies that we have running. there are 5 right now and there are gonna be 2 more painted probably this week so i wanna get pictures of them all together everyone of them are different colors with different names.

That's why I left both of them. Everyone told me to get rid of the first one and just use the one as the O in Orange but I thought it was funnier with both:laugh
