What's the most durable mt on the market? Looking for solid axles, wanting to mount clod/txt wheels and tires

Parts support is big so sorry kyosho...
Wheely king or ground pounder? Custom?
I want something I can casually race but mostly bash around monster jam freestyle...style.

What to do rcmt?

Well you basically throw out your best option to begin with haha.

None of the trucks you have listed are gonna hold up to clod tires as well or better than the TF. Its the most durable solid axle truck on the market and parts support is no worse than a GP.

Are the Clod and TXT themselves not an option?

I think for the price I'd do a Mad Force VE. Can't beat a brushless rtr truck out of the box, and from the video's I've seen they seem to hold up pretty well.

I'd also say a TXT but Tamiya seems to be doing away with it so parts are going to get harder to find. You could always pick up a set of Clod axles and a chassis from one of the vendors and build what you want?

Go with the Kyosho. You'll be money ahead in the long run, even over a set of Clod axles and aftermarket chassis.

i've just read about kyosho parts being difficult to find, are they easier now? since it's a slightly newer truck?

clod axles just dont do it for me. i love shaft drive.

Despite their previous reputation, many online retailers and also local hobby shops can get Kyosho stuff- they are distributed through HRP, the 3rd largest distributor in the country for local hobby shops, and the stuff is also available on Amain hobbies as well as many other online retailers.
