WOW! Holy man, wouldnt of been easier to just contact them first before going off on a rant.
. I see RC4WD notoiced the mistake and took care of it for you which i knew they would. Now next time buddy, Just take a breath next time, shovel the driveway, have a beer
and 99% of the time I am positive that an issue will be taken care of. besides, Would you really not buy anything from RC4WD again? Seriously, They have some of the most awsome products and have been here for us here at RCMT when we needed them. I cant ever repay them enough for coming through for me with those gears they made for me.

I won some black scale shocks not too long ago and I only got 2 in the mail. I just thought that is the way it was going to be. Not sure what I'll do with 2 shocks, but hey they were free. :tmb

Ive had a few occasions where RC4wd was a little slow on shipping and had some poor parts. But Hua has always made it right for me. He does make some great products, in fact, this truck I won is one of them. I was extremely suprised to see how well built this thing is. There are a few iffy parts on the manual and I was missing a few screws, had a big nick on a wheel, etc. but nothing he wouldnt fix if I didnt ask him too. Beggers cant be choosers and we WON the items, Hua didnt even have to give these away, but he did. And I am glad that we have people like this in the hobby that make it that much better for the rest of us and are willing to put up with our crap on occasion. Hua, thank you very much. I am looking forward to be able to afford to get this truck up and going. Its nice to look at for now though :)

If I get the chance I need to make a list of suggestions for the Trail Finder kit/manual. Such as packaging the different size screws in their own little bags because I had to use a caliper to figure them out and some were missing (mainly 8 mm) Also was trying to figure out why one chassis rail has divots where the leaf spring mounts attach but the other didnt. Etc.

Nothing to complain about though, 2 tires, 4 tires, truck, free screwdriver. Its still a nice gesture any way you look at it :)

i got my 4 clod mud slingers today.

i did receive 2 40 series narrow mud slingers first. but i e-mailed them and sent them back and they sent the tires i had asked for.
they actually sent them to me before i had recieved the 40 series narrow and just asked me to send them back when they came.
you cant ask for any better customer service.
what Orange Pedeanaut said "Nothing to complain about though, 2 tires, 4 tires, truck, free screwdriver. Its still a nice gesture any way you look at it" is right on.
