Project: Hebridean Black

A small update,

Yesterday the beadlock rings arrived back from the anodizing factory. :) I'm very happy I did not anodize the entire wheel, as the purple overload could have unbalanced the scheme a little. This is probably the last time I'm going to anodize something, im so afraid that things are going to scratch!!! If I ever am going to do a show project again, I probably will let all the parts be powdercoated. (in a candy ral color.) Anyway here is a link to the pics.

I was out of time for a couple of months! ouch, but I'm back again. Trying to finish this truck before 2008. :D

I got my body back from the airbrusher, a candy painted shell with ghost flames, overall pretty ok. Bad pictures, but I dont have decent light outside atm. I still need to add vinyl to the windows, for now I photoshopped them black to see how it looks.

Allready on shipment are the Rc4WD axle housings, I hope to have them in a couple of days, so I can mount them, and give some info on how they "fit". :)

Well, this project is rolling again. Steering, and lower links are my next priority, after that it's just some detailing, and some electronics.

Good progress.. Mine kinda halted with the custom Axles because the guy helping me had personal probs and it only got done 95%.. tho I think I could mount them.

Good to see u around tho..

Oh by the way mine is 4 years old and still going.. hahaha

Back! Sorry for the long absense, I was sooooo busy! I finally got some time again to work on the truck: I fixed one of the beadlock wheels, added the spoiler, and installed the aluminum axlehousings. Things to do:

Add a decent steering system and a rear lock out.
Add stickers to the body. (windows, ford logo, grill etc.)
buy and install all the electronics. (most scary.)
After that I would have to tweak a lot.

Thanks for watching! I will take some pics outside soon for better light.
