sure looks normal eh?

not until you get close

and a more detailed image of the autobot insignia.
his new name is DarkHorse....
the brother of IronHide... lol

the Autobot graphic was the easiest part of this paint. The prep work for everything else took a while.
I was shopping at a mall a few days ago and went into this car accessory store and seen a bunch of decals you can buy for your car. The clerk told me that they can make them any size and I decided on 3"x3". Pretty much used it as a mask. Turn out pretty sweet.

So after having my first child, i've decided to go back to my other child... (DarkHorse).

Man it's been a long time and a lot of work done on this truck. It's really evolved since my highschool time until now.
Lets take a quick look?
before:

(batteries would go below the ESC on the lower cross bars)

and after:

So slowly, i've been building parts, replacing parts over time from wear and tear. Currently after solving the tire and suspension issue, i get an adapter issue.
After purchasing the last set of junfac 14mm rims, they came with a 12mm to 14mm plastic adapter for the clod. It worked great until one of them blew up....

On the right is the one that blew up if you couldn't tell. The one on the left has some hairline fractures that is ready to blow up.
I'd like to know what everyone suggestion is on getting adapters. What brand do most people use, and how they like it.

thanks for looking!
