I've had my eyes on a certain Wheely King out of Canada that had been for sale on RCUniverse for quite some time and I finally decided to go after it but I really wasn't feeling the scheme.
While it was in transit I decided what I wanted the theme to be. I was finally able to get on the schedule for Darkside paint and I had him paint a TBG Predator body I had lying around and he absolutely killed it!
While the body was at paint I took care of a few details such as painting the chassis and suspension/steering links. I also picked up a set of black/red boomerang shocks, 90mm for the front, 110mm for the rear. I also finally got around to getting a RH 2.2" wheels and I'm extremely irritated that I waited this long to get them. They are fantastic!
I picked up a set of ProLine's new 2.2" Destroyers while being concerned about the width but they are almost the same width as the FS tires.
