What are the chances that this seller, with no feedback and newbie status, actually has 2 of these? I realize that maybe the first buyer backed out, but still, this looks pretty fishy to me... Personally if I were to relist an item, I would include in the description something saying that so that people would know it was a relist and not just me trying to sell the same thing over and over again...

It does seem a little weird, especially since he is selling such an expensive item on only a 3 day listing. But he may just need the money.

You could contact the first buyer and ask him what's up.

My buddy and I here were watching that auction from the beginning.
He sent the seller a question 3 days before the end of the auction and never got a response.

After the first auction ended, the seller asked if my friend wanted to buy it for $2500. If the first bidder had backed out ($3050) wouldn't the second bidder ($3000) be there to snap it up?

We decided things were too fishy and we want no part of such a weird seller.
