Plastic Rod ends

Does anyone have any experience with aftermarket rod ends? I am stretching the RedCat rod ends almost every run. They are not a big problem to change however it's at the point where I may want to change to another type. But with what I am not sure. The rod end on the right is new, the other 2 are after 20 minutes of running. Any ideas please. I understand its cheaper to replace the rod ends instead of the entire rod.

how the heck are you doing that?
Do you have them under to much tension?

Try traxxas revo ends, large and beefy

They are the 4 link rods. I think its from the jumping. I upgraded to a 40C 2s lipo and the axle twisting is ridiculous it may be from that as well. They might just be cheap rod ends.
