Should I plan to arrive and stay Thursday night or does the activities on Friday start late enough I can check in that day? I'm not a member yet so I haven't seen a newsletter, schedule, or format at this point.

We usually arrive on Fri and leave Mon. We only charge batts on Fri though.

I was just talking about what WE (as in my parents and I) do. Not the Association. Sorry for any confusion.

Didn't mean to confuse anybody, glad that's cleared up now. WE usually don't get there until 9PM. We've been there twice now. Left at about 4:00 4:30 PM and arrived about 4, 4 1/2 hours later. Whether you stay on thursday really depends on how long it takes to get there and when you can leave. For the racing events, It'd be best to get there between 5 and 6PM with your batteries at least partially charged. These are my best guestimations, so don't take them as solid facts.
