We didn't go off blue prints, just a ton of reference pictures from the actual chassis. Yeah it was a lot of riggin the pieces up so they wouldnt move. Really for my brother and I, it was all trial and error...A TON of hours spent learning from a mistake here or there.
What's really funny, is the white chassis isn't powdercoated. Its just spray painted white, and then spray coated with a durable gloss finish...and it's actually surprisingly durable...we were really pleased.
