Ordering problem

As some of you know from my Losi Slider post, I have ordered some alloy parts from Golden Horizon in BC, Canada. I am located in Ontario, Canada. I was provided a tracking number when they sent the package. I got an email confirmation on Wednesday from Canada Post telling me the package has been delivered, but to Quebec! I immediately emailed Golden Horizon telling them this and asking what they are going to do about it. It's been two days and I haven't gotten a reply. I paid through paypal, so hopefully I can get my money back if I don't receive anything. This is the first time I have had this problem, any advice on what I should do?

Sounds like you are doing everything you can do. I would look for a phone number and talk to them directly. If you can't get a hold of someone and get no responce, I would file with PayPal before the 30 days is up.

But first and formost, call them.

How exactly do I file with paypal if I had to do so? I've never had this problem before.

I hope you are not going to do it just yet. I'd give them a bit more time.

But when you are ready, log into your account and under the My Account tab, click on the link for Resolution Center. Click on Report a problem and go from there.

J. Sort it out with the Golden Horizon first. It mus be a honest mistake or simply a mixed up. There must be 2 identical names ordering that time . Anyways, wait till monday. If you can have somebody on the line, much better. If not...as mcfig posted, it easy to do a file complain on your paypal account.

Ya I am going wait for probably a week more, I will make a call sometime next week to them. But I was just wondering how it is done.

Update! I have received my order. I got an email from them last night, turns out they gave me the wrong tracking number. They said they sent an email regarding this earlier, but I did a search and did not find it. Oh well, as long as I get my parts:tmb

Woot! that is good news. It is much better that there is a mix up of the tracking, rather than the items themselves.
