Man I keep looking at this thing and it reminds me so much of the old Gigantic Orange Crush truck from the 80's. The Jugg tires just give it that look. Paint her orange, add some wheel discs and man you have yourself a Gigantic Orange Crush!!! Looks awesome man!
That's a great idea! I need to calm down with the spending until after the holidays before my wife has me sleeping with the dogs :eek

Looking good Kenny.
I'd make some aluminum anti rotation brackets and axle mount a steering servo and lock the rear out. The stock steering was always a peave of mine
The thing that bugs me about the stock steering is it kinda does it own thing. I always have to correct it from the transmitter. Sometimes it even sorta crab walks ;) There is a lot of play. But on the other hand, I like having 4ws cuz it can whip a 180 real nice and with just front steering you need a lot of room to turn but its solid and tracs straight. I guess its this for that.

It does tend to go off and do its own thing on occasion. I put a steering servo on both axles on my Mod Clod and love how tight it feels now when you are driving it. I left my other Clod stock and have no intentions of doing any mods with it since I want a Clod that feels like a Clod, bump steer and all.

I ran it with a 7 cell pack today. Good new is wheelies are on tap:D Bad new is first pull of the trigger (literally) and I busted off the Chevrolet tailgate :eek Then I busted the rear body posts when the back of the body caught the grass. It pulled the body clips hard enough to snap off the tops of the body posts :mad I need to make a wheelie bar or go back to 6 cells ;)

Yep silver cans with Jugg tires and an XL5 esc. I'll get pics tomorrow evening when I get back from my parents house.

Since I pretty much destroyed this white body, this Clod inherited my other basher shell. I also picked up some Imex chrome wheels for dirt cheap from TXT2.0 aka Tom thanks buddy!

Here's how it is now. I think I'm gonna leave this truck alone and just bash it and fix up my other Clod real nice.

The glass you sent me is waiting for the new body that I'm putting on my other clod. I got a new body and tailgate I'm gonna do orange and it's getting the new window and a new rollbar too.

those look great on there Kenny ! glad there going to good use
Yeah I always liked the Imex wheels. I've had em in the past and the chrome flaked off the rim real fast but I like how they look with all the little bolts. Maybe I should try the Imex wheels with the IMex baja tires I have! That'd be pretty sweet I bet.

nosyajg - I've never had an Orange body that I can remember. I've had more red bodies than I can shake a stick at but no Orange.

Kingclod27 - thanks I think I'm just gonna leave this body it looks pretty cool in person. If I do anything I don't want to throw a bunch of money at it I'd just repaint it red.

Rapko - thanks man !
