Ofna 8 Port Carb Tuning

I loave nitro, but hate it.

I have an older Ofna 8 port in my Hyper7 that I cannot get started. Just sputters on occassion. I am gonna change my battery in my glo starter just to be sure, but here are my settings...

I have lined the mid range up with the high speed.

HSN set at 3.5 turns out.

Low speed (this is the kicker I can't get right)
2.5 to 3 (6 to 8 form closed) turns out from flush even though the needle almost falls out.
I had it 1 turn out from flush and it ran, but I couldn't keep it running.

I am having bad luck getting back into this hobby. I feel like this is my 1st engine all over again.

Sounds like the mid range is in to far, it will stop the LS from going in so far. I hate those motors with the mid range. Generally its set flush with the case.

I've got it going now. I think the top end is dailed in. Now i am playing with the LSN.
