New Twin for me!

I love eBay! I just picked up a new (has 2 runs on it) Twin Force w/ a new EVX and Futaba 2-channel radio for a total of $240 shipped!

Now, I just need to relocate all the old part #'s to upgrade the Ring & Pinion and Bevel Gears, and I'm going to look into installing either an E-Maxx transmission (from a new E-Maxx or e-Revo) or maybe just lengthening it and using some aftermarket CVD's or something...

I already have shocks and steering setup all picked out...

and I'm thinking RPM's new 14mm Revolver wheels (3.2") in black, wrapped with??? Maybe LST Claw tires, maybe HPI GT2's, maybe?

Anyone here still running a Twin Force? Anyone know the part #'s for the beveled steel R&P and extra spider gears?

I'm so stoked...

Anyone? Hello? I know these trucks are few and far between... but sheesh...

Is anyone on here running the New Era (or similar) extended chassis?

How much heavier is the New Era than shock? It's 6mm thick, as opposed to stock... which is ?mm

I guess my first priority will be the steering (since the stock system is ridiculous), then the driveshafts (eliminate the front one0way bearing), followed by lengthening the stance an inch or two...

I have 2 twinforce trucks. I use the xtreme chassis on both, and the TTR steering for both. I actually purchased the MP777 diff's for the truck, and they are a direct fit. The stock diff's are 2 spider gear, while the MP777 are the 4 spider gear. Truck is very smooth with the new diff's. I still keep the motors stock or use the titan motors. More power isnt really needed. I have keeped the stock chain drive because its actually faster than the emaxx. Less gears = more acceleration.

Its great you found one on ebay. I did alot of reaserch on getting another one. You can buy them, but you must buy from a distrubtor thats in china, korea or japan. Guess the kit is still available over there.

Any questions, just ask.

Found out the TxT mounts work perfect on the Forces.I put the aluminum ones on my Force.Had to drill 1 extra hole for each.
