And yes, I'm holding back a "little bit" ... sorry. I do have the chassis from John (that's obviously what's covered up) ... and I have the axles mounted to it. But there is a minor issue mounting the wheels ... and wanted to wait to have them on before posting more pics.
what kind of issues mounting the wheels, i figured i would need axle extenders to mount my wheels so all info on these axles is great and i want more pics to :D:D:D

You won't have the same problem ...

When I measured for the custom wheels, I only measured one side of one axle, instead of all of them to check for variance. It so happens I measured the one with the longest axle (amount protruding past the hex). The end result is that the tolerance is too tight on the wheels, and only one of four can be bolted to the axle. So now I have to find or make a barrel nut ... or start drilling on the wheels.

Ok, some good news ...

I've been kinda bumming about the whole wheel / axle situation for a couple days ... and trying to figure out the best solution . So last night I was doing some other stuff on it, and thinking "it just isn't that far off" (a couple mills at most ... just enough to get a wheel nut to bite). The hexes are quite thick, so I'm looking at them wondering if I could shave enough off to get the wheels on ... then I'm like "the **** with that ... I have other trucks with 12mm hexes that aren't nearly that thick" ... so I yank a set that are about 1/2 as thick off a different truck ... and problem solved or (for any english folks) "Bob's your unkle" ... so I have wheels on, and today I'm much happier :).

More pics soon !!!

Any updates?
Haven't done much interesting lately ... made templates for my my radio box and other pieces, and detailing some parts. Progress is slow, as I'm waiting on a few key parts (most of the important ones should be in this week though). Right now the biggest thing is just finding someone to paint the body ... everyone is either too busy ... or doesn't get back to me ... frustrating.

I'll try to snap and post a couple more pics over the weekend.
