Yeah i just came across that on scale4x4, but at least your info is in english :p It looks a littly toyish, but Hpi usually makes good stuff. I guess we'll have to wait and see. I wonder why they chose 1/12 and not 1/10 though. And it's price is $335!!! I know thats msrp, but it still seems steep.

I did some quick math using the Tower listings for the E-Savage Vs the list prices on the HPI site and I came up with a possible sale price of $189 for the Wheely Monster.

That is AWESOME!!!!! It looks more realistic than any other MT out there! Looks at those axles! Look at that chassis! It actually looks like a 1:1 MT!!!!!

The more I look at it the more I like it. I really like the tires :) It says they are 5.4" tall!!! Tower lists Masher 2K as 4.9" and Moab 2.2 as 5" so these tires are pretty big! Plus the tread on these tires is awesome!

I wonder if those are 2.2" wheels and I wonder if it takes normal 12mm hex 2.2" wheels...

You could get a couple of these and have a little monster jam in your back yard or driveway!

for a truck of this size making aluminum sideplates would have driven costs up a good bit not to mention there is no imediate need for them. i dont see anything wrong with the plastic sideplates. keep the truck alot lighter and you can get a higher level of detail in the molded plastic.

you know aluminum sideplates will be available down the road, so for now the plastic seems fine and i for one thisn the stock sideplates look great!

anyone else notice the little brace that looks like its bolted between the rear lower links? looks like some kind of removeable torsion plate to keep the truck level.

im really excited to see what kind of potential thses things have.

Me too. I think it will make a mean MJ style race truck and I think that is the intended use. That and general bashing around the yard.

HPI is going to make/sell so many of these there is no way they could have made aluminum tube frames since they have to be hand made...
