silverback4jack, be careful before you start calling people names. As was said the chassis was turned into the post office for the insurance claim so they have it, NOT mugen69. Whatever has happened to it the post office should know.
93-306, we've had good deals betwen us no I don't want to bad mouth you. However this deal is 3 months old and I'm not sure what the time limit is for a credit card claimis but mugen69(Reid) may have been at that limit. To often we hear of nice guys waiting too long to file a claim and are out their money.
To simplify this, Reid paid whatever hundreds of dollars for the Tremor but he got a broken one. As the receiver, he couldn't do anything regarding the claim to the post office, ONLY the shipper can file a claim. 93-306 filed the claim and it was denied and he chose not to take it any further. He instead chose to try and contact Thundertech and work something out that way which took time. Throughout this process Reid is out the money, doesn't have a runnable chassis, and can only wait for 93-306 to figure out what to do. We are talking 3 months folks.......
The post office has the chassis, if it's in Hawaii and you(93-306) need help getting it I will help. Other than that let's stop dragging people's names through the mud and for those not invovled, including myself, let's stay out of it.
