StigAre. The CVD Wideners are from Hesse Machine they widen the truck 1 inch on each side.

powerram426hemi. Thanks. I am from the Memphis TN area we do not have any clod racing here . I have some friends that have some clods an I am thinking about getting a club together next year so we have some where to race.

wideners

the axles look good with the wideners. i noticed you installed a stiffener on the steering knuckle. does it help a lot with breakage? I have a stock clod re release and I was just testing it in the house and it hit the wall in my hall way and broke 2 axle supports. I have a original bullhead I abused for years and never broke a part on it. I think tamiya changed the plastic but not sure. I have since replaced them but was looking to up grade to something better. I have been thinking of getting gear boxes, axle supports and steering knuckles in aluminum. keith

RcMan. This is my first time using the axle stiffeners . I had a friend that used some on his ttr
tremor A couple years ago an he told me that they helped on his truck. I figured since this truck was being built to take a beating I would try them out.

KingClod27. Thankyou the truck is coming along hope to have it running by the weekend!

CVDS is the best up grade to do on a clod.

I mounted a basher body on the truck for now so I can get the truck running. I have not finnished the paint job yet. the main body is on order I will be putting that body on when it gets here.

I got the steering servo in the mail today from CPE.

I finished painting the body today like an old school monster from the 80's. It's just on there to get the truck up an running then I will put the correct body on there.

I got the rear steering lock out from CPE A couple days ago an I installed it on the truck.

I also got the speed controls in from Castle a couple days ago an installed them on the truck all in need now is the motors to run the truck.

Then I thought I would put my white stock clod wheels on the truck to give it the old school look.

Thanks Guys it's coming along.

The shocks are Traxxas

The body is what I had laying around so I thought I would paint it up to put it on to get it up an running .

I painted up like an old Breen Brothers truck from back in the TNT days just for fun.
