this was my "hobby" car i painted it over and over for about 5 years, here it is at year 3 i think, i will try to find more recent pics. this is really how i want to paint a clear body shell for one of my rigs.

this was two shells cut and made to look welded together and rusted out.

Wow...that is cool. Looks like a bad acid trip. <LOL> Did you get a lot of reaction in the car, either negative or positive?

Love the two bodies "welded" together. Very creative.

sometime i would get 2 or 3 people a month stop me to get my picture with the car. while driving on the roads cars would pull up along side me and take my picture. i would get recognized at new places because people had seen me in my car. i have also had a dyed mohawk for about 15 years so between my car and i, we were easy to spot. i was able to be the first "multi Colored" car registered in Vermont. I never got the chance to see if i could register it as an "art car". I never got pulled over or stopped by police. once at a road block a cop chuckled and asked if i had the artwork on my registration, i smiled and said yes, It kind of floored him. I miss Lucy very much, my girls miss her too.
