You can get the normal or extended FLM arms. Just make sure you mention which size you want. I feel that my pede could benifit from a slightly wider stance than I have now so I'll get them eventually. Since you'll gain a little more than half an inch in total width the cvds won't work. You'd have to go back to the half shafts. Its the only option unless you fab something up yourself. I've had my novak bl setup for 2-3 years and the only parts I've had to replace so far is the white drive yokes. Surprisingly all the other drive shaft components have held up. It may be a different story when I get the mamba though.

I've been experimenting with different suspension setups on my pede too. Right now I have front arms on the rear, which lengthen the wheelbase enough to make the Pro-line 80's Blazer body's wheelwells line up nicely. I also dropped in the Novak XBR 8.5 brushless system in, just for grins. I'm trying to find an arm combo that allows the same offset rims to be used all around. The front is still a little wider, though, using HPI's Superstar rims front and back. I read somewhere that you can re-drill and shorten the rear arms to get an even wheelbase. I'm running the stock slider shafts, which have a slight zig-zag angle due to the front arms being swept back compared to stock rear arms. Still looks good with that Blazer body though.

lol FAST!! I have all the mamba settings turned to their lowest settings and its just insane. If I try to turn the setting up the front wheels remain in the air. I gotta add another fish weight to the front to try to keep the wheels down. Its a head turner for sure and fun to drive.
