How long are the GP links?? I have a set here that were custom made for some one. they are a little over 5" if I remember correctly. they are just like the clod ones only longer. I Wonder if they would work??

Edit: I just looked close at the pictures. They are shorter than clod links the way it looks so the 5" ones are out. Maybe I'll have to draw something up for a GP link similar to the clod links I currently have.

What if you mounted to swaybar arms to the inside of the chassis plates, then move the shock lowers to the place where the swaybar lowers are now?

Then you'll have the shock on the outside, the link in the middle, and swaybar on the inside. All using the same mount.

Or if you hit the lotto...
Have some special machined lower links made with shock and swaybar mount points built in.
Ha ha, I think I will keep my setup generally as it is now lol.

Here is what the truck looks like with the body on it at the moment. I have Not officially mounted the body to the frame yet. I have a couple of different kinds of body posts on order, and will pick the kind I like, then I will mount the body to the frame.

This is where I'm at now.

If you can't see it well enough, the body is gunmetal grey, and the wheels are black.

Well, I tried to find the right spots to drill holes for the body posts; I screwed up. So, I have to decide; do I want to re order the 650 body and try again, or just go with the 350 body, since it fits better anyway ?

I did some searching at Tower's site and found a F650 body that is 2 inches shorter then the 1st one I bought, so I think that will be the solution. I just need to make holes for body posts before I paint lol.

I kept the Super Duty Ground Pounder body just to have as a spare. By the way, I can tell you that the GP graphics and colour scheme, with the gunmetal chassis, looks great with Black wheels, just want to put that out there.

I hope to know by the end of the weekend or early next week if they are going to be sold directly by me or through a local hobby store. They were designed for Brian and the hobby store at the same time. That is why Brian got the very first set. the second set is going to the hobby store tomorrow for review and to see if he wants to carry the design. Either way they are coming to market by one of us or possibly both. So I'll keep you guys posted.

Here is what truck #1 looks like at the moment. I am running this body temporarily; this particular body has been through alot, and is in rough shape.
