My wife and I are talking about going. We unfortunately haven't been to an event for a couple years and we used to go every time they were here. No my daughter is 2yo and she LOVES watching them on TV with me so we think she'll get a kick out of it.

Hopefully they hit Providence this year. They took a few years off from RI and I missed this year, found out late and lacking in the funds dept.

Looks like all is good and we are going tonight. I really wish we could make the pit party but my daughter is only 2yo and I don't want to make it too long of a day for her. First thing she said this morning when we stumbled into the living was "big trucks" and she was pointing to the computer. So my little girl and I started our day out with some youtube vids of monster trucks. I'm excited to see how she likes the real thing. Our local race track has one truck come and do a little show and she loves that too.

Grave Digger takes out Captains Curse in the racing final. Blue Thunder wins Freestyle. Sounded like an ok show. Meents broke a wheel off in intros and missed racing. Madusa rolled in round one after the finish line, came back as fast loser against Grave Digger. Then after the finish Digger barrel rolled and drove off the course, Crazy!

I would agree that the show was OK. I have been getting more and more into MT racing rather than just thinking they look cool. Like I could tell that Blue Thunder had alot of rebound dialed into his rear shocks. Going over the table top on the course, the back of his truck always launched and he nosed in badly. But then being stiff in the back, he looked pretty good around the turns. It just didn't balance out like Grave Digger did. I did get Digger's whole race that he rolled in so I'll get that up soon.

Freestyle was alright also. Blue Thunder definitely deserved that one. Adam Anderson in Taz was showing signs of a great show but broke too early. Same with Digger. I'll post some pictures next.

Thank you very much for sharing, awesome, thank you.

Did look like GD also had a bit to much rebound, but that's easy for the armchair racer to say. :tong

You know what someday somebody has to make a course/track in the desert outside of Vegas where they can open the trucks up a bit, and still have a tight section and big jumps.

Out there they could really put on a big show while keeping fans safe.

Could you imagine what the PayPerVeiw attendance would be for something like that?
