losi shocks question + JPS rims.

I've got a question about mounting losi shocks, I bought these very fine shocks, but, how to mount them with 3mm bolts? The have a hole topside:

just like that above that is aprox. 5 mm in diameter. What kind of hardware is needed to make that correspond with 3mm bolts that are used to mount shocks on most type of chassis?

also, I've got some sweet JPS rims of ebay. but they are a little bit corroded, how to remove that? Polishing? Or some kind of cleaner? Thnx for reading!

We offer a machined upper shock spacer that fits inside the larger hole in your shock. You can then use #4-40 (or 3mm) hardware through it and mount everything to the chassis.

We've had good success with standard Mag wheel polish. Pretty sure I used a Mother's brand, just don't remember the full name.

Takes a bit of elbow grease, but you're assured of not harming your aluminum finish.
