Well I really don't like the stock e revo tires so I was looking for some new tires and rims. I was leaning toward the masher tires from proline. I was wonder what else is out there that you guys would recommend.

Thanks ahead of time!

I'm mostly going to be on dirt grass gravel and some pavement.

i'd recommend the pro-line maxx mashers as you said, and maybe also take a look at the losi zombie-maxx tires as well.

ive run 2.2 masher 2ks for years and love them.
ive run them on high speed rigs, crawlers, and scalers.
im hard pressed to find a basher tire that i prefer.

I'm with Joe and the rest of the mashers crowd.

Maxx sized mashers are really nice, not expensive so they're perfect for bashing. :tmb

sweet, thanks for the input! just one more question, you are saying maxx sized mashers, the ones on the revo are bigger than the maxx size tires. So i should go with the maxx sized instead of the 3.8 size ones?

3.8 that's what the 40 series?

I just have seen, and bought 2.2 and maxx 3.2 sizes so I guess 40's or revo should be good as well. I did not know the revo used an even larger tire/wheel than the maxx trucks.

maxx mashers are standard 3.2" maxx size rims. the newer traxxas trucks come with a 3.8" side-mount beaded tire/rim package, and 40 series is both taller and wider than those. 3.2" rims are available in both 14 and 17mm hex sizes, so make sure you pick the right rims for your rig!

my buddy put some 40 series on his e revo, and well, they may work good... but they sure look silly. i can only give up so much form for the sake of function
