I read that the stock body mold on the clod was damaged so it might be a clod chassis with a different body. And this time white plastic

I think it's time for Tamiya to build something with a newer style Chevy body the 80s are over and enough Toyotas and Fords already.

The Blackfoot 3 has been announced for some time - with today's internet environment, you'll never see a "scoop" in print form ever again.

Tamiya needs a new MT chassis. I don't care much about the body but I really want a new chassis like a Blackfoot 4X4 or something. Although I also want the clod back

I always felt like the wild dagger WAS the blackfoot 4x4. I'm ready for the countdown to be over, lol. It better be something big after making us wait this long ;)

I saw something posted on this site that makes me believe it is Clod or MT related...I'm crossing my fingers and toes lol...I hope it is because Traxxas let me down and no one else seems to know how to make a good RCMT...

*Notice to Tamiya* if it's not MT related there will be a lot of upset people lol

I remember hearing a lot of people mentioning that there might be new re-issue of a Clod, although not really worthy of a 30 day countdown in my opinion...

I think it will be a new MT or Tamiya's belated venture into the Short Course market.

Hopefully a new modern MT, it's been far too long already. :cool

I would be happy with Clod axles updated with more durable plastic (not gonna happen) on a new frame, tires, body, etc. setup. That would be nice... never know. Anything MT would be nice though :)

It is if it's the 25th anniversary edition(would a few months early though) of the Clodbuster which has to be the most successful platform in Tamiya's history and one of the most successful in the history of RC.

Absolutely! Although I'm not entirely sure a F parts color change and a new sticker set warrants a 30 day countdown. I wish they would still produce the parts though even if the model has been discontinued, ebay prices are going through the roof already :( I love stock Clod's n all, but I think it's time for something new, if not as well as the continuation of the mighty Clod. :)

Tamiya is leaving the R/C industry behind and instead going to concentrate on the static model line.
