land cruisers on e-pay

Who is getting one via e-pay? I see that they will release it on the 25th/26th.

I bought mine for $300 plus tax, and they are being sold here for that range $300 to $320.

I find that price to be reasonable. $300 and beyond is too much for the kit.

$234 but I wonder how much shipping is from Japan?

I really wish these things would have come down in price. I remember when they were first unveiled it was said to be around $250 but I've been seeing most places charging $320-$355. It's a great looking truck but that is a bit overpriced IMHO, especially considering that you can get an Axial for $220 these days.

I totally agree. If there were more aluminum parts and add the basic Tamiya ESC, then $300 range would be fine.

I guess the ball bearings and box art jacked up the price :rof.

And...they are out!

Lots of CR-01 now on e-pay. Even stellamodels have 'em at the $300 mark. What happened to US first?

2 months??? Double check where you last kept it. It might have crawled out already for waiting that long :rof.

Seriously, give your own opinion about this GOAT system. I am still undecided on which system to use. I am not a crawler, just something to ramp around rocks just in case. I am really interested in this TEKIN FX-R esc. They have nice specs and features. Seen how drag brakes are useful when going down on that RCcrawler live cam RCX demo. It's like the rigs are being pulled slowly downwards. Total control.

it's sitting on the back of my project table, I see it all the time. :) Otherwise your right, I'd misplace it.

I just bought one yesterday from rpp it seemed like a good deal to me. I also felt I had to put a extra clod, ntc3, and my axial on the bay to offset the price of buying one along with another semi I am planning on picking up.

I still have one special edition rooster crawler laying around but don't know if I will use it. I liked the brake feature of it but don't like only being able to run a 27t or greater motor. I have a 19t in my highlift and do alot of crawling and bashing around and it seems to perform great it has the wheel speed and power that suits my driving. I hardly ever take it out of 2nd gear.
